Hello,

The windows were installed today.
I went to check them this evening in the dark.
Unfortunately, one window seems to have been damaged during installation or transport.
There is a deep scratch on the protective film.
How can this be dealt with now?
It’s quite frustrating.

To be honest, just leave it as it is and apply paint! We also relied on the statement that it wouldn’t be a problem. By now, it has been repaired twice.
By a professional company...

Unfortunately, the adhesion is failing and the film is developing bubbles.

Actually sad

I regret not just spending the 200-300€ and applying a coat of paint over it...

The scratch was at about 70cm (28 inches) height, no one would have noticed it after the first inspection visit.

I checked it yesterday evening in low light, and the touch-up pen seemed fine. But of course, it’s still noticeable if you know where to look. What would you do—try to negotiate further?

See #5, replace “Mensch” with “nice person”
(Stupid word recognition [emoji4])

You haven't signed off yet anyway.

Yes, I understood that already, but which regions are we talking about here?
And the final inspection takes place at the end, so it becomes difficult to request additional items then.
