Hello everyone,

I found a very cheap white 3-door "DOMBÅS" wardrobe in the new catalog / online. However, I haven’t been able to find it in a store to see it "in person" yet. It seems almost too cheap at a price of 59 euros (approximately 59 EUR)...

Has anyone had any experience with it? Is it worth the (small) amount of money?

I would appreciate any honest feedback.

Best regards

Answering that is difficult.

Is it a regular wardrobe? It depends on what you want to use it for. The price-performance ratio is really good, but you can’t expect miracles or the quality of Pax systems. For a tight budget, though, it is absolutely acceptable.

Hello,

I got myself a wardrobe like this and I’m really happy with it. It holds a lot (for a single person) and at 59€ it’s definitely worth recommending. Honestly, it should be in every Ikea, maybe just hidden behind the more expensive ones.

I didn’t have any problems assembling it either. As the instructions say, you don’t really need two people.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Christine

The question is what you intend to do with it. For example, I find it quite bothersome that it also looks rather "cheap."

The only thing that looks cheap are the handles. You can also buy better handles. I fitted the Dombas with a Söngis mirror. That really improved the quality.

Today, I assembled two units. It was really easy. I didn’t expect that, considering the thick manual!

For the price, it’s really great. But I’m curious how long it will last.
It’s also nice that it’s simple and white. You can still decorate it nicely with adhesive film, wall stickers, mirrors, different handles...
