I would like to build the following bungalow.
Living area approximately 180 sqm (1,938 sq ft).
Garage approximately 34 sqm (366 sq ft).
Am I allowed to build the garage overhang right up to the property boundary?
The house is to be built in Baden-Württemberg.

As for the price, I’ll take a guess. In Baden-Württemberg near Stuttgart, around 3000 * €/m2 plus 40,000 € for the garage seems realistic.
What does the planner say about the garage layout? They should know, after all.

It started with the floor plan causing misunderstanding, then all follow-up questions have been ignored ever since, and now the only thing asked is "how much does something like this cost?" ...
