If the street is directly there, then no. A 5m (16 feet) distance from the driveway to the street is mandatory in Baden-Württemberg.
If you mean the building area, then maybe if the above point applies.
It’s best to show the plan, as that makes it easier for everyone involved. It’s also helpful to fill out the questionnaire right away, so there will definitely be suggestions for the floor plan here.

Am I allowed to build a boundary structure with the garage overhang?Without further information, it is not possible to answer. What type of boundary do you mean (building setback, property boundary, etc.)?
Where are the boundaries located?
Which boundary is intended to be built on?
What is the actual overhang (elevations, sections)?
What does the zoning plan say?

But a carport was built directly on the boundary in the development area.Is that legal? What are the planning and zoning requirements for that location?
Photo? Site plan? Zoning plan?

In Baden-Württemberg, a garage may extend beyond the building envelope. That depends on various factors ... zoning plan, front yard regulations, cityscape ordinance, surrounding buildings ...GeradeSchräg schrieb:
A 5m (16 ft) distance from the driveway exit to the street is mandatory in Baden-Württemberg.Where is that requirement specified?Regarding the floor plan in general: It seems quite like a maze to me. I would reconsider the many narrow hallways and tiny storage rooms. You might regret not being able to arrange furniture properly. Are you sure you don’t need larger bathrooms?
The kitchen, with its many doors, also feels somewhat fragmented, and overall the living room functions more like a passageway.
And you can’t really sleep much farther away from your children without going onto the neighbor’s property. 😉 But that can also have advantages if, like me, you have a child who is easily disturbed. 🙂

Hello,
The floor plan is still being changed; this is only a rough draft.
The children's hallway will have a window and light wells added at the front.
The bathroom and study will be swapped.
The pantry and utility room will be combined into one.
A large storage room of about 12 to 18 square meters (130 to 190 square feet) will also be planned.

This was my idea for placing the house.
Please note, the garage entrance and exit are no longer at the front but on the side.
