Hello,

a quick question.
I would like to build the following bungalow.
Living area approximately 180 sqm (1,938 sq ft).
Garage approximately 34 sqm (366 sq ft).

Floor plan of a house with living room, kitchen, pantry, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and garage.

Am I allowed to build the garage overhang right up to the property boundary?
The house is to be built in Baden-Württemberg.

Best regards
M

We ordinary chip bag finishers don’t need any, but Yvonne has summarized the unanswered questions from the expert in post #34.

Who created the floor plan? Schedule an appointment to discuss it, and then you will be given the price.

Or properly respond to post #34 and share with everyone what exactly you want in the house. Standard? Luxury? Heating? Fireplace? KNX? ... etc. Then some people can provide an estimate to help guide you.

Or answer post #34 properly and tell everyone here what exactly you want in the house. Standard? Luxury? Heating? Fireplace? KNX? … etc. Then some people can provide an estimate for your reference.

I do have a price; I just wanted to see if it is realistic.

No one here can say for sure unless all the information available to the person who made the quote is shared.

Anything between 550,000 and 900,000 is probably possible. The price is also driven up by features such as an integrated garage with a correspondingly larger roof area. Otherwise, information about the finishes is missing. Everything from a compact executive car to a full-size luxury model is possible...
