Hello,
we are currently considering which interior doors to choose.
I would prefer white doors because they are neutral and match everything, but my husband doesn’t like that at all.
Maybe you can inspire me and show what kind of doors you have ; )

@Peter Silie Would you mind sharing the company and model? Truly beautiful!
I had already missed the panel doors in this thread.
@ludwig88sta
We are planning one as well, but next to the door there will also be a fixed glass panel, otherwise it really looks a bit like an “office.” Company Joka, model Filan20, 9 frames + leaves as well as one transom frame.

General question: I haven’t seen any images of so-called transom windows here (glass above the door to allow more light into, for example, the hallway).Doors: Manufacturer Herholz
But that’s not really a skylight either, @Steffi33.
I only have it in my rental apartment here, which @ludwig88sta calls “ugly,” but it does make the hallway noticeably brighter and, to me, more welcoming.

Or in the office

In a newly built detached house, however, I probably wouldn’t include it. Instead, I would prefer to install a door with a full-height panel so that it reaches up to the ceiling. Hopefully, you can bring light into the hallway through other means.
