Sylvia & Markus20 Jul 2011 02:39Hello everyone...
We are currently planning a Pax wardrobe with a width of 3 meters (50/100/100/50cm) and have hit a roadblock. After a long discussion, we finally agreed on the UGGDAL doors. However, we can no longer find them in a 300cm (10 feet) width on the IKEA website. Instead, there are only two door options available, neither of which we like or that fit the color scheme of our bedroom: Lygdal (frosted glass) and Tonnes (white glass). This must be a mistake, right? We do not want a combination of four doors; we prefer two doors at 150cm (5 feet) each.

What about applying a covering to the doors, for example with a “dark smoked glass film”? Has anyone tried that before?

What? No way! Seriously? Damn, you should never sit down and plan with an old catalog. I really wanted the three-meter (10-foot) version because I have so much stuff, and it would fit perfectly on my bedroom wall. Ugh, I wanted to have it set up in two weeks at the latest since my winter shopping is definitely coming up soon, and I need to find a better way to store my things by then. Now I have to come up with something else. I always thought Ikea products didn’t get discontinued that fast.
