we have a new Pax wardrobe with two 750mm (30 inch) units and sliding doors.
There are two problems with the doors:
- After installing the complementary sliding door stoppers, neither door fully opens anymore because the doors meet at the additional fitting mounted on the right door.
- The left door rubs against the right door’s fitting in the last 80mm (3 inches) when closing and then pushes the right door open again.
Both cabinet units are level and properly fixed to the wall and to each other.
As it currently appears, the clearances in the fittings are too tight because the left door’s fitting rubs against the right door’s fitting on both sides.
Can anyone help with this?

IKEA-Experte14 Mar 2016 17:17If the upper fittings are parallel and rub against each other on both sides, they must have been manufactured outside the tolerance range. If this is the case, the only solution is to exchange the fittings.
