ᐅ Ikea Maximera drawers without soft-close feature?

Hello,

I have installed the Maximera double drawer system, meaning two drawers behind a 60x20 cm (24x8 inch) front (see photo). The upper drawer is set back. However, the soft-close damper does not fit on it anymore. As a result, it always closes very abruptly and quite loudly, which is rather unpleasant. The lower drawer has a damper and works perfectly.

Is there no soft-close option for staggered drawers, or did I install the system incorrectly?

Hello, a picture showing the rails would be more helpful.
Do you still have the cover caps on the wall mount?

.. the problem has already been resolved, the dampers actually fit after all.. I was just too clueless...

however, the two front panels now bump into each other when closing..... do these small adhesive pads help? There are 2 left.... on the back of the front panel?

and you can't install a handle on the top front panel either, right?
