Hello,

we are currently planning and building a new kitchen – the Faktum model.

I have about 3.5 m (11.5 ft) of countertop with a Domsjö sink in the middle and above that, five long wall cabinets. For the look (all high-gloss white), there will also be a panel below the wall cabinets as well as on the sides and top to create a framed appearance.

Which spotlights or lights can now be installed under the wall cabinets so that
A) they don’t look awkward
B) the countertop is well illuminated?

I still know the Grundtal spotlights, but they were quite noticeable and a bit tricky to wire because the cables always had to go inside the cabinets.

With Metod and others, I believe there are now new options?

The second topic: I have three base cabinets with clear glass display doors that I want to have interior lighting in. Naturally, it should be subtle but also evenly lit. What would be the best lighting solution for this?

See if you can still get the old light panels. However, I can't say if they will fit into the elongated ones.

For these, the cabinet shelf is removed and the panel is inserted. Ideal combination with display/glass doors.
