ᐅ Billy bookshelf shelf in black sold out?

I recently bought three black Billy bookcases and now I need some shelves for them. I wanted to order them online because the nearest IKEA is a bit too far away.
But it turns out that the online store offers Billy shelves in all shapes and colors except black. The darkest option is dark brown.

Or am I just missing something?

I contacted customer support two weeks ago and still haven’t received a response.
Is there a specific reason for this?

There are some Billy shelves for which replacement shelves simply do not exist.

Does this mean that there are no black shelves available online, or not at all? So, does driving to the nearest Ikea make no difference?

If that’s the case, then I now have three shelves here that are useless to me as they are. I can either fit them with those terribly ugly dark brown shelves or take them straight to the bulk waste collection.

Exactly. I should have checked whether all components are available for a shelf that basically consists of three parts. Especially since the expandability of the shelves is actively promoted. There are glass shelves, but no black wooden ones. “Can I buy tires later for this car?” “For the red one, yes; for the black one, no. That exceeds our storage capacity.”
