Hello amateur architects :-)
I have a 70m² (750 sq ft) apartment that needs to be renovated.
The utility connections should preferably remain where they are.
It is a holiday apartment intended to accommodate 4-5 people at times.
The wardrobe can be removed if necessary.
The bathroom could be extended to the right into the bedroom according to the plan.
Looking forward to your input :-)

Assumption: the holiday apartment has a nice view ...

- Dining table possibly as a bench (takes up less space) placed in the bay window area with natural light
- Sofa oriented towards the window
- WC relocated to enlarge the bathroom (if possible)
Especially in a holiday apartment, I would arrange the furniture used the most (dining/play table, sofa, armchair) to allow for plenty of daylight and views outside. There are vacation days with bad weather when you spend time during the day at the table or reading a book on the sofa. The orientation towards the TV (which hopefully isn’t on all day) is less important for the living area than it would be for a sofa at home, which is usually used more in the evenings.
However, if the view from the apartment’s windows is not very attractive, I would consider arranging things differently ...
