Since I don’t have the manual, I’m looking for tips and experiences on how to best identify the individual parts and assemble them correctly without relying on the usual step-by-step guide. I would really appreciate any advice on the process, tools you used, and common pitfalls to watch out for. What strategies have you applied to ensure a smooth assembly? Are there perhaps hidden markings on the wooden parts or screws that indicate a particular order? For my planning, it would also be helpful to know roughly how much time I should expect for assembly without the instructions. Thank you in advance for your input!

The grain pattern is not only important visually, but the board’s stability is also supported by its orientation. Usually, the edges are slightly rounded on the front side to provide a more comfortable feel.
Regarding the drawers: the runners have a marked installation direction—often one side is marked with an arrow. If you can’t identify this, try installing them so they slide smoothly without sticking. Any rubber or plastic parts should be placed at the contact points to ensure quiet operation.
