Hello!
So,
- with an outward-opening or sliding door
- swivel faucet
- French/Greek toilet
- towel and paper holders at head height.........
What diameter do your visitors have?
This means that under 0.25 m² (2.7 sq ft) it gets a bit tight – personally, I would design it a bit more generously.
Best regards,

Hello,
I already suspected that my question would invite some amusing answers.
So, I’ll rephrase it:
To everyone here in the forum who has only a toilet and a washbasin in their guest restroom (no shower):
How many square meters (square feet) does your guest restroom have, and would you build it the same way again or would you plan it differently (larger or smaller)?
Thanks for your answers
Regards
Tatze

Please don’t forget any necessary boxing or enclosures! I can tell you that my bathroom with a shower is 4m² (43 ft²)!

TatzeHello!
The approach is just wrong! Of course, you can save about 1 sqm (10.8 sq ft) here by using a 63mm (2.5 inch) door, a compact toilet, and a basin instead of a washbasin—but for what purpose? So that the living room is 41 instead of 40 sqm (441 instead of 430 sq ft)?
A guest bathroom should be at least 3 sqm (32 sq ft)—and another 1 sqm (11 sq ft) for a shower wouldn’t hurt either. After all, it’s somewhat the calling card for guests, and they’re unlikely to feel comfortable in a tiny tiled closet.
Best regards,

Hello,
can someone tell me the minimum size required for a guest toilet?
It will only have a toilet and a washbasin (no shower).
Thanks for your answers.
Regards, TatzeHello,
an architect just designed the attached guest toilet for me today.
Unfortunately, not in the location I wanted on the floor plan, and also wider than I expected. I need to think about it a bit.
Regards,
Peter
