ᐅ Good architectural design software?

Hello,

I am looking for good 3D house planning software.

I created a house model in SolidWorks 3D PLM software and can export it in formats such as STEP, IGES, DXF, etc. Does anyone know of software where I can import my floor plan or even the 3D model and then add elements like furniture, windows, doors, floor coverings, and so on? Ideally, it would also calculate area and volume.

I would be very grateful for any useful suggestions.

I work professionally with Nemetschek Allplan;
3D data can be imported and created independently – as well as normally in 2D.
Furniture, windows, surfaces, etc. are all possible, too.
In my opinion, the software is expensive – probably like other CAD programs.
