You don’t have many options. Is this a semi-detached or end-terrace house? It seems to have a basement?
I would adjust the partition in the bedroom to match the bathroom’s—roughly 130–150cm (51–59 inches), which should be sufficient and would give you a bit of additional usable living space.
The cloakroom area seems a bit too generous compared to the overall living situation. Do you need storage space there for strollers and similar items?
Otherwise, I would try to plan just a niche about one meter (39 inches) deep as a closet in that area and give the kitchen a bit more countertop space by arranging the counter along the top/right side in an L shape, moving the window further to the right accordingly. Keep the two tall cabinets on the left side. So, position the kitchen lengthwise in the corner by the exterior wall, with the sink on the right outer wall. This way, the patio door on the side can still be accessed, which I see as a current problem. You might even gain a few centimeters (inches) for the dining area this way.
Is that meant to be a kitchen island, or are those tall cabinets in front of it?
Otherwise, you’ve given rather sparse information. There is a pinned post here explaining how to proceed. For whom or how many people is the house intended? Also, I would question the placement of the shower near the entrance area.
Best regards,
Yvonne

Sorry, I didn’t know that.
I will add some information.
The building will be a semi-detached house
1 1/2 stories plus basement
Gable roof with a 35° pitch and a dormer facing south
Main house width 8 meters (26 feet)
Terrace house width 4 meters (13 feet)
Currently for 4 people (no more strollers)
Kitchen with an island; the tall cabinets have been incorrectly shown.
The bathroom on the ground floor is intended to serve as a second bathroom later when the children are older.
