HBiHHHere are some points I noticed:
- Kitchen cabinet space is rather limited
- Utility room very small, especially since there are no other storage options
- What is the purpose of all the cabinets in the bedroom?
- Drain of the level-access shower discharges into the hallway? This should be checked to see if it works properly.
- Depending on its size, the bathtub entry could also cause problems.
- Why is the garage set back from the house?
- The path from the garage to the entrance is very long. How is access supposed to be arranged here?

Hello,
I think the upstairs bathroom can still be improved significantly. There is quite a bit of open space in the middle that probably isn’t used much but will still need regular cleaning 🙁.
The route from the garage to the house is very, very long. You should reconsider that as well.
Does the hallway upstairs get any light from the stairwell (is the window extended upwards)?
A few more views would be helpful. Where is the road located?

I would swap the utility room and the office, which has two advantages: you can enter the house directly from the garage without having to walk all the way around the house, and the study has a better view (of course, this depends on the location, which is not clear here).
I find this large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom quite inconvenient, as it almost completely blocks the window, which could make the sleeping area rather dark.
Regarding the guest bathroom on the ground floor, I don’t think the shower solution is ideal, since the niche takes away space from the home office and somehow the whole setup feels like it was intended but not well executed.
Personally, the kitchen offers too little counter space for my taste. Additionally, when bringing in groceries, you have to carry them quite a distance before reaching the kitchen.
