We have already discussed this with the architect. It won’t work because of the slope.
I will need to build two retaining walls. One along the neighbor’s boundary, no higher than 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches), and the next one 3 meters (10 feet) away from the neighbor, also 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) high. Then I also need space in front of the entrance. All of this will be very tight, and basically, I won’t have much garden area left.
Since my plot is not very large, I don’t want to block it off for myself.
