Hello,

I have inherited some really valuable cabinets and now I am wondering if I can simply entrust them to a regular company. What do you think?

Yes, novo, I see it the same way. Make sure to check the company’s background and ask how long the firm has been in business and how many relocations they have completed. I would also recommend asking about the most experienced employees and whether they can handle your move, as experience definitely matters.

Ok, thanks for the tips. I’ve now also found a company that offers very high coverage for the cabinets, and they have been around for a long time. They are also a trusted provider.

I would definitely make sure the contract states that the company is liable for any damages! Otherwise, you might end up having to pay for them yourself.

Hmm... everything always went smoothly for me. Using stickers with "Caution: Valuable, please handle with care" or simply informing each carrier and driver personally has proven effective in my experience.

Hello! I think the safest way is to transport a valuable item yourself. You could rent a van or borrow a bus or something similar from friends.
