ᐅ Cutlery drawer, 40 cm (16 inches)

Hello, unfortunately I was only able to install 40cm (16 inches) wide drawers in my new kitchen. Somehow, the 30cm (12 inches) cutlery tray then seems a bit impractical. Is it possible to use a Rationell system for standard drawers as well, or does it only work with full-extension drawers?

If you have a new Ikea kitchen, the 40cm (15.7 inches) drawer is a full extension drawer. Full extension simply means that the drawer can be pulled out to its entire depth from the cabinet. The dividers are definitely a good way to organize the drawer for cutlery.
