Hello everyone,
For our new kitchen, we purchased Metod cabinets with Förvara drawers. While assembling the drawers, we encountered the following issue:
After attaching the side panels to the back panel and sliding in the bottom panel, we noticed that the base panel could not be fully inserted on one side. Additionally, the screw holes are not where they are supposed to be. On the other side, it seems to fit properly.
We then realized that the side panels shown in the instructions are identical, each with the same number of holes. However, one of our side panels has five holes instead of the two shown. This is also the case with the other drawer packages. What is the problem? Did we make a mistake, or was the wrong side panel accidentally included?
Since we have not been able to reach anyone at IKEA so far, we would appreciate any advice or answers that could help us.
Here are two pictures for clarification:

Thank you very much in advance.

you need to find out where the floor is getting stuck. Try sliding only the back panel and then only the side panel individually to see if there is already a problem there.
