Hello,

I discovered this bed a few months ago when I was accidentally looking at furniture on IKEA.at. At that time, it wasn’t yet available in Germany. Since then, I have been regularly checking IKEA.de to see if it appeared, and finally, it is here. I’m so excited. But then I noticed it’s only available starting at 160cm (63 inches) wide, unlike in Austria where you can get it from 140cm (55 inches). Boohoo...

I just wanted to ask if you think there’s a chance that the 140cm (55 inches) width will become available here eventually?

The bed is perfect for me because it has drawers AND it is dark.

Nevermind, I was at Ikea today, and the lady explained that it is a decision from higher up where which versions are available for purchase. It can’t be said whether it will be available in Germany. Face to face, I didn’t find the bed that great anymore anyway.
