Unfortunately, the weight of the shelf is causing indentations in the floor, which I would like to prevent. My question is: Are there specific products or effective protective measures that can be placed under KALLAX shelves to protect soft flooring? Exactly, and I’d add: If you want to upgrade them a bit, use felt pads like those for chairs, which are even available in extra-large sizes. They’re great, prevent the shelf from slipping, and protect the floor. Plus, they’re easy to replace if anything wears out. 🙂

Hello, a simple solution: use furniture gliders made of felt or plastic and attach them to the legs. They reduce pressure and prevent scratches. It doesn’t cost much and is effective.
