Hello everyone, some time ago I bought several Ikea Hemnes furniture pieces, mainly dressers and nightstands made of solid pine. Since we are currently in the cold winter season, I’m thinking about the best way to care for these pieces to prevent damage such as cracks or warping caused by dry heating air.
Specifically, I would like to know which care products are suitable, how often I should treat the furniture, whether it’s okay to wipe them damp occasionally, and how to ideally control the room humidity to preserve the wood quality as best as possible.
Has anyone had experience with Ikea Hemnes furniture regarding winter care? Are there any special tips or do’s and don’ts I should follow to maintain the appearance and stability of the furniture over time? Thanks in advance for your insights!
