Hello, we are deciding between white or anthracite for the window color. The exterior is anthracite, but what about the interior? Who else was unsure and how did you decide? Would you choose the same again now? Good luck. Moni1969

I think anthracite looks good only on aluminum. For PVC window frames, I would choose white.

Where light is supposed to be reflected (such as on window frames), white is the most practical color.

Of course, this is open to personal opinion, but I believe: that IS the case!

I’m not questioning expertise for fun. Feel free to visit sometime; here in the new development area, white windows are actually the minority. Most buildings have white or gray facades with anthracite-colored windows...

It’s no surprise since white windows on a classic white facade hardly stand out at all.

We have white interiors. In our previous house, we had black both inside and outside, but that really needs to match the house and the furnishings. For a country-style home, whether modern or traditional, that would be too bold, and I recommend white interiors. With a very clear or extravagant design, gray or black can also be stylish inside.

Neither do I. But right now, I have to question your reading comprehension ;-)

Question from OP: The exterior is anthracite, but the interior too? ... what did you decide?
My answer: I know what probably 99% of people decide

This isn’t really about the exterior color. Unless you mean that you have inspected all the houses inside as well in your new development?

So far, we are still in the planning stage, but we have chosen DB703 for both the interior and exterior. However, we opted for aluminum windows because the frames are much slimmer here, and thicker plastic frames can sometimes be "too much." I also like the dark windows, especially when they are large and fixed, as they frame the view of the garden outside like a picture frame.
