Do you have Ikea Pax in your utility room?
I’m considering planning something with Nobilia or Schüller.
Which systems do you have? Ikea Pax or similar?
I would appreciate photos.
I want to design my utility room in an appealing way without mixing different furniture brands—so preferably Ikea Pax or other manufacturers.
There are examples on the Nobilia and Schüller websites. The washer and dryer are then placed raised inside a cabinet. Is this something to be concerned about, or can it be done without any issues?
Or is it better to build masonry platforms?
As I said: photos of how your utility room looks are welcome.

We also had a system planned for the utility room. The manufacturer listed in the offer is XENO (as far as I know, Nobilia is behind this).
This is roughly how it could look.
Our priorities were: a cabinet for broom/vacuum cleaner/drying rack (on the left), washer and dryer slightly elevated, next to that a laundry cabinet with 4 drawers including laundry baskets. The corner shelf came about because we preferred an L-shape rather than a single row.
Including delivery and installation (also the top panel) the total comes to a clear 4,000.
What do you think – any suggestions for improvements?

Looks good, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable placing the washing machine on an elevated platform... We’ve gone through several washing machines, all brand-name models (Siemens/Miele), and with each one I had at least one incident where something leaked or spilled. When everything is built in like that, it’s quite a hassle to dry it out again.

The appliances usually have some kind of “aquastop” valve or similar... At least my 13-year-old Siemens washing machine has a label indicating something like that. I should check it more closely.
Yes, my machines always had AquaStop as well, but there were still various issues from time to time. Both of my Siemens washers had the same – supposedly rare – problem one after the other, where a sensor failed. Each time, about a quarter of a bucket of water leaked out. With the Miele, I had a problem with the lint filter. Okay, the water leaked out at the front, but somehow the entire floor still got wet. I would have liked to have the washing machine raised, but as I said, I’m now hesitant to do that. I wouldn’t worry about the dryer, though.
