Hello,

I have the following plot of land:

Site plan of a building plot with parcels, dimension lines, street boundary.

Can you give me an approximate idea of the costs if I want to level it starting from the elevation of about 207.8m (682 feet)?
Thank you for your help.

If you need any additional information to assess this, please just ask.

Regards,
MR

@MR__MR You’re not alone. I’m also stuck.

@MR__MR You’re not alone. I’m also confused.

The post was too short. Not words, but placeholders to reach about 30 characters and/or 5 words. I just found 30B5W too long.

Just to ask directly again: is the effort small or large?
And roughly, what costs should I expect to plan for?

The answer is already in post #14.

I’ll respond like this: small, but it really depends on your requirements. If you want a flat building site, then not small.

You can’t really answer that without more information. Is there already a geological survey? Have you asked the neighbors how they solved it? Where is the house planned?

At some point, you should realize that you need to provide more details first.

The answer is not in #14 because #14 assumes the optimum and only considers the shifting of soil back and forth. That is indeed the minimal effort.

The positioning of the house is flexible and should be arranged in the way that best suits the plot. Only the footprint is fixed and must measure 19 by 15 meters (62 by 49 feet).
