Hello,

I have the following plot of land:

Site plan of a building plot with parcels, dimension lines, street boundary.

Can you give me an approximate idea of the costs if I want to level it starting from the elevation of about 207.8m (682 feet)?
Thank you for your help.

If you need any additional information to assess this, please just ask.

Regards,
MR

Here are the development plans.
Is this sufficient or do you need more?

Document page with planning regulations: scope, use, and dimensions.

Scan of a land-use plan document with construction regulations: building type, boundaries, utilities, elevation.

Yes. Important details like the finished floor height 60cm (24 inches) above the original ground level and retaining walls with a maximum height of 60cm (24 inches) could have been provided first.

Who changed the direction arrow of the ridge? It was originally parallel to the street. Please clarify which applies.

With a floor area ratio of 0.3, the bungalow might end up being quite tight.

What does that mean now???
Is that good or bad???

The ridge direction is parallel to the street

That’s not bad, since the plot is only slightly sloped. But it also means that your floor plan is useless.

But that also means your floor plan belongs in the trash.

From my point of view, not because of ridge orientation reasons ;-)

Is it allowed to straighten it now? Or is there any reason against it, and if so, what is the best way to do it?
