Hello,

I have the following plot of land:

Site plan of a building plot with parcels, dimension lines, street boundary.

Can you give me an approximate idea of the costs if I want to level it starting from the elevation of about 207.8m (682 feet)?
Thank you for your help.

If you need any additional information to assess this, please just ask.

Regards,
MR

The plot was deceptive; by visual estimation, I gauged that there is only a 0.5m (20 inches) difference in elevation.

Up to what elevation difference (or lack thereof) do you consider there to be a strong reason in favor of a bungalow?

I considered 0.5 m (1.6 feet) to be a problem that needed to be solved quickly.

The difference in height is a secondary issue here. The main focus is on the basics. After one month, the original poster finally comes up with a usable plan. If the OP likes a bungalow and can afford it, why not?

Now, only the conditions from the text version of the development plan / building permit remain to be addressed.

Didn’t the neighbor’s retaining wall make you think twice? 😉

Back to the beginning.

First step: measure the plot of land. Very good. 😎

Now take the plan and the other important documents to the companies and get a quote.

Alternatively, you can get help here. But then you need to provide everything. Every detail from the development plan / zoning plan is important.
