Hello,

I have the following plot of land:

Site plan of a building plot with parcels, dimension lines, street boundary.

Can you give me an approximate idea of the costs if I want to level it starting from the elevation of about 207.8m (682 feet)?
Thank you for your help.

If you need any additional information to assess this, please just ask.

Regards,
MR

From my perspective, not due to ridge orientation reasons ;-)

Is it allowed to level it now?
Or is there any objection, and if so, what is the best way to do it?

Yes.

With retaining walls up to 60cm (24 inches) maximum. Or slopes with a 1:2 gradient towards the road.

Using the option to level the ground surface should be possible. Not with the 2-meter (6.6-foot) retaining wall, though.

Yes, it was too short.

But now again for those who aren't so knowledgeable: what does 30W and 2m² (21.5 sq ft) mean??

But now again, for those who might not be so familiar, what does 30W and 2m SM mean??
30W: no words needed
2m SM: means a 2 m (6.5 ft) high retaining wall.
