Is it allowed to level it now?
Or is there any objection, and if so, what is the best way to do it? Yes.
With retaining walls up to 60cm (24 inches) maximum. Or slopes with a 1:2 gradient towards the road.
Using the option to level the ground surface should be possible. Not with the 2-meter (6.6-foot) retaining wall, though.

But now again, for those who might not be so familiar, what does 30W and 2m SM mean??30W: no words needed 2m SM: means a 2 m (6.5 ft) high retaining wall.
