Hello everyone,
we recently purchased click laminate flooring and would like to install it in a parallel pattern. Is this possible?

Are there any restrictions?

Is it even possible to do it differently with the click system?

Usually not.

What type of parquet is it? Where will it be installed?

I suspect (!) the original poster means something different, specifically what is called a cross joint when tiling.
As far as I know, this should not be done with a click floor installed as a floating floor, due to stability reasons.

No, that is not possible without compromising the stability of the joints.

Exactly, I’m not sure if a staggered pattern is stable enough for click-lock flooring.
Okay, understood the issue. That obviously doesn’t work with floorboards.

Oh, okay, that's a pity! But thanks for the feedback.
