ᐅ Carport – When Having Options Becomes a Dilemma

We have now selected the plot and house, and the contracts are ready. The only thing left is to find the right carport.
It should include a separate storage room and, if possible, not cost much more than 10,000 euros.

We are located in the Bergisch-Gladbach area.

Which manufacturer or provider would you recommend?

Why a carport? These structures, if well built, are just as expensive as a prefabricated garage. Costs for a 3 x 9 meter (10 x 30 feet) carport including a rear storage room, electrification, window and door to the garden, as well as the necessary strip foundation, amount to about 9,000 EURO. A sectional door adds another 1,500 EURO.

A flat-roof garage measuring 3 x 6 meters (10 x 20 feet), including electrical installation and an electric sectional door, costs around 15,000 euros in the Rhineland 😀
