On a south-facing sloping plot that slopes down towards the south and the street is to the north, a basement with two rooms on the south side is planned, with only one additional floor above containing an office/child’s room.
On the western property boundary, a single garage should be built, next to it a carport, and the entrance should also be located there. The kitchen with access to the upper terrace should be on the west side as well.
A mono-pitched roof running north/south or the other way around would be desirable.
Plot dimensions:
East and west approximately 42 m (138 feet) each
North and south approximately 24 m (79 feet) each
I have already made some attempts on graph paper but can’t upload them here.
Hartl Haus offers a bungalow with a mono-pitched roof called Trend 100 P, which shows how a house like this could look from the outside.
Maybe you could post a floor plan sketch for further ideas.

Please provide a complete room layout and a site plan preferably including elevation points so it’s clear where the slope begins (important for the garage and carport).
Also, try scanning or photographing your hand sketches and upload them here as examples.
