blaupumaHello, for cost reasons we have now decided on uPVC windows.
However, I really don't like the glossy white plastic. :-(
Has anyone ordered these new decorative foil finishes and can share experiences or pictures?
I was thinking of matte white or wood white.
If anyone has them, I would appreciate any information.

Yourself?
For heaven’s sake.
The membrane is applied directly at the factory, just like the exterior membrane (if colored windows have been chosen). This is supposed to be a completely new process.
This way, you get, for example, a wood look on the inside or something similar. It is meant to look surprisingly realistic.

Of course, we have the windows laminated anthracite on both the inside and outside. Visually, they look really nice. Our building inspector thought at first glance that they were wooden windows.
However, the laminate is softer and more prone to scratches.
And dark colors are a disaster if the construction area isn’t properly covered during building – plaster and screed are very difficult to remove. That really tested our patience.
But you want light anyway. The surfaces are just a bit more vulnerable to impact.
