Hello everyone,

We have been refining the plans for our house for quite some time now and have finally reached a point where we believe everything has been taken into account. We would now like to hear your opinions on what might still be adjusted.

I have attached the draft plans.

Thank you in advance for your advice!

Instead of building an airlock, you might consider simply adding a door on the outside of the garage leading to the front door. You can also add a nice canopy over it, allowing you to enter the house quickly and stay dry.

This way, you can skip the airlock and place the pantry there, resulting in a larger, more attractive kitchen.

What do you think about the costs? Is 400K acceptable for a turnkey handover?

Gas condensing boiler with solar
Underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor, upper floor, and basement 2
Windows made of plastic/aluminum
Venetian blinds on the south and west sides (electric)
Electrical installation is rather standard with network sockets here and there
No ventilation system

Hmm, too bad, no feedback on the costs? Do you need more details for a rough estimate?

We are homeowners and prefer not to speculate too much with so many stairs involved 😉

This refers to two staircases...

Well, I would say from a gut feeling that the price should be fine... but that’s just my unqualified layman’s opinion ;-)
