ᐅ Which type of stone is best for a garden or guest house?

We are planning to build a garden/guest house in our backyard. We are already encountering problems during the planning of the masonry. The guest house is mainly intended for summer use and will not be heated. Which type of masonry is suitable to prevent the house from becoming damp or to ensure it is protected against moisture?

Holes! As long as there is good ventilation, everything is fine – if it is not properly ventilated, condensation will occur when the sun shines on it during cold weather... also other materials that heat up excessively in the sun, such as aluminum roofs.
