ᐅ Warranty Obligations for Ikea Sultan Mattresses

Hello everyone, I have a question:

Since when does the 25-year warranty apply to mattresses at IKEA?

We still have a Sultan Fängebo mattress that isn’t in great shape anymore and has sagged.
Was the warranty already in place in 2005?
We were told that it probably only started in 2008.
But I find that hard to believe; we’re quite sure about this.
Maybe someone still has the 2005 or 2006 catalog?
A PDF would be great as well!

Are you sure those were already available back then? How was it with the family card at that time?

Oh, I see... The warranty was and still is 2 years. If anything, we are talking about a guarantee of 25 years. Just for your information...

Okay. Why didn’t I just buy a mattress from IKEA right away...

That’s how you learn and end up with a few more backaches. But now the suffering is over... 😀
