- New construction sills on garden-facing windows
- Roller shutter bottom rails in RAL 7016

hampshire5 Nov 2019 10:59During construction in 2001 – purchase of a newly built townhouse from the developer: underfloor heating, bolt staircase, additional roof window, different room layout, floor and wall coverings as well as bathrooms, garages, and outdoor areas; attic conversion with an additional bathroom was carried out or contracted privately.
During construction in 2018/19: building with an architect and managing the trades privately – no standard designs as a starting point.
For both projects, the principle was: the more complex a later solution becomes, the higher the priority to implement it correctly from the very beginning.

Outdoor paving work + 10,000.00
