I hope someone here can help me – I bought used Lyngdal sliding doors (100x236cm (39x93 inches) – 2 pcs.), but unfortunately, some parts are missing. I need one of the 236mm (9.3 inches) high aluminum side strips/covers (for better appearance, I already have one) and a plastic stop for the top rail, where the sliding door can lock in place (otherwise, it keeps falling out, which gets annoying over time).
By the way, I have been regularly checking the IKEA returns section for three weeks, and these parts cannot be reordered...
I hope someone maybe has a Lyngdal door they want to discard because it’s broken or has these parts spare!!!

how are things with you? Have you received a replacement part?
We are in a similar situation. We also bought a used set of sliding doors and we are missing the bottom part for one door and the two narrow strips that go on the frosted glass...
How and where can we get help? Is it not possible to get replacement parts directly from Ikea?
