Just the lights, roller shutters, voice control, and garden irrigation are already four things...

Apart from that, automating individual areas or systems is not smart... It only becomes smart when everything is connected, listens to the residents, and responds accordingly...

Well, the last two: lights that turn on slightly at night when I look at them, and wireless sensors without their own power supply.

I’ve already covered the other four: I have lights, shutters don’t suit me, offline voice control doesn’t exist, and I’m handling garden irrigation myself.

Take a look at EnOcean technology. It uses energy harvesting to power sensors without cables or batteries (for example, through solar or kinetic energy).

It does – the question is whether it fits your "solution." Examples include SynOhr in the KNX system, or Alexa, which is available and can be installed on a Raspberry Pi.
