I am looking for recommendations and tips regarding smart home technology and have several questions.
1.) Electric roller shutters:
I would like to install electric roller shutters that I can control and program via smartphone. I really like the switches from Rademacher. Does it matter which motor is installed? The window installer said he would install the motor and lay the cable in the groove. Or do the motor and control system need to be compatible?
2.) Video door intercom with chip/Euchner system:
We would like to install a door intercom system with a camera connected to the smartphone, so that I can see who is at the door, talk to them, and open the door remotely via smartphone.
Additionally, I want to be able to open the door using a chip/Euchner key and program access (only allowing certain people access at specific times). There are also versions with PIN and fingerprint access, but I simply do not want those.
3.) Smoke detectors/water leak detectors:
Smoke and water leak detectors that also send notifications to the smartphone. Ideally, I would prefer a single compact system rather than having multiple base units at or inside the distribution panel.
What other ideas do you have? Or what has proven to be useful or less useful for you?
I prefer everything wired since I will be opening up walls and installing new wiring anyway. It would also be great if the distribution panel does not get overloaded.

2. The Euchner system can be connected through various interfaces.
3. Hmm. You would need a concept or project plan. Without that, these are just unrelated ideas.
Wired connections aren’t a bad choice, as they offer a number of advantages.
