Your entrance area is far too narrow. How are you supposed to greet the mail carrier with the door half open without risking stumbling backward down the stairs or hitting your back on the stair railing? When carrying a shopping basket, there is hardly enough space to get between the door handle and the stair railing without bumping into something.

Our staircase is 4.60 meters (15 feet) long with a ceiling height of 2.70 meters (9 feet), while your staircase is quite short.

Best regards,
Sabine

Unfortunately, no dimensions are visible, nor can it be determined if the furniture, for example in the dressing room, has been chosen appropriately. Additionally, the exterior walls are far too thin to be realistic. They should be at least half a meter (1.6 feet) thick in every direction, which would reduce the living area accordingly.
Therefore, I will wait until the necessary information is provided here.
What can be seen:

but the wardrobe should be positioned around the corner and the doors hidden.

Since I do not see any wardrobe, and if it is where it is drawn, I wonder who would clean the hallway regularly.
A wardrobe located away from the entrance is impractical.
The staircase is in the way here. It creates a tripping hazard.

Personal budget limit for the house, including fittings: We have one, but I prefer not to comment on it yet and will wait for construction company offers.

What does our budget have to do with the offers? This is about your assessment and possibilities.

because with around 180m² (1,940 sq ft) we have enough space

It’s not actually 180m²... the upper floor is not a full story, which means you will hit your head in the bedroom. A knee wall at around 130cm (51 inches) height would be appropriate here.

A sloped site means you have to forego the attic floor.
What you have drawn is a house for a level plot, but not for yours.
