ᐅ Looking for an audio intercom system

Hello,
I am looking for a reliable and reasonably priced intercom system that meets the following requirements:

- Single-family house with one residential unit
- One indoor station on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Optionally, a station in the attic may be added later. It should be possible to speak and unlock the door from any station.
- Video capability is not necessary
- Surface-mounted or flush-mounted installation is fine, although I prefer surface-mounted since the color is already applied everywhere [IMG alt=" "]https://WWW.dasheimwerkerforum.de/styles/default/xenforo/clear.png[/IMG]
- Additionally, a fingerprint reader for door unlocking, either integrated into the system or separate, is acceptable
- Wiring setup as follows: one cable with 7 conductors from the outdoor station to the distribution panel in the utility room, one cable from each indoor station to the distribution panel, and one cable with 3 conductors from the outdoor station to the door opener
- Mobile app access is not required.
