Hello,
we want to buy 20–25 square meters (215–270 square feet) from the neighbor's XXXXXXXL plot. He is not opposed to it.
A small wooden garden sauna is planned to be built there. Is something like this (in Hesse) allowed without a building permit / planning permission, like a garden shed?
Thank you

Traditional saunas are wood-fired; everything else is either a makeshift solution or chosen for environmental reasons.
I understand that there are also gas heaters and electric stoves, but those are simply not the classic sauna...
Feel free to continue disagreeing with me, it doesn’t bother me...
The 1985 vintage reminds me of cleaner fish!
