Hello everyone,
During the cold days, unfortunately a Warema exterior roller shutter (aluminum slats) froze overnight on the windowsill. In the morning, I raised the shutter (I have a Homematic switch). At one point, the slats of the shutter came apart (about in the middle of the visible area). The lower part was still stuck to the windowsill because it was frozen, while the rest was rolled up into the box above.
I was able to manually pull the upper part of the shutter back out and then snap the slats of the two parts back together once the lower part had thawed out. Something must have shifted during this process, maybe when I pulled out the upper part of the shutter.
Now, when I press "Open," the shutter only raises halfway. When I press "Close," the shutter closes completely but keeps running a bit longer afterwards.
Does anyone know how to reset the end limits? Is this done through hidden switches on the shutter itself, or via the Homematic switch? Or is this something that can only be done by a technician with a programming cable?
