ᐅ Post-and-beam facade – what are the options for electrical installation?

Flitz86Hello dear community,
we are currently planning a major renovation and have come up with the idea of a post-and-beam facade. The south side is to be glazed "up to the roof" plus part of an extension wrapping around the corner.
Since one side of the apartment or living area (approximately 7 meters (23 feet)) will be covered by the post-and-beam facade, I am wondering what options for electrical installation such a system offers?
After all, without this, there would be no light switches or power outlets on that side, and no outdoor lighting.
Is it possible, for example, to run cables inside the aluminum cladding or to mount lights externally on the posts?
Are there special electrical components designed for interiors?
I would be very grateful for any suggestions or examples!
What came to mind so far, if nothing can be integrated into the facade, are floor outlets or power columns for the interior. However, I haven't found any good option for the latter yet...
Regards and thanks
