ᐅ Are the panels for Ikea Pax Ilseng also compatible with Malm?

dersimonThe matter is actually quite simple but somehow also complicated:
I already have the Pax Malm sliding doors (2 doors, each 75cm (30 inches) wide) and I might want to replace the dark brown wooden panels of one door with glass panels. Is this possible with the Ilseng panels? Unfortunately, neither Ikea in-store nor their phone support could help me. They suggested I try it out, and *if* there are no signs of use, I could exchange it again.
I have the Malm with a mirror door. Am I correct in remembering that mirror glass panels and wooden panels cannot be combined or swapped?
Oh, one more thing: One screw for mounting the bottom guide plate on the door is almost impossible to remove. I’ve already tried WD40. Does anyone have an idea, other than drilling it out with a steel drill bit?
Thanks in advance.

When loosening the screw, make sure not to use a Phillips screwdriver on a Pozidriv screw head. The screwdriver should also be of good quality; cheap ones usually don’t fit well. Otherwise, an impact driver might help.
