ᐅ Looking for a replacement part for an Ikea Hemnes shoe cabinet (white).

After our Hemnes shoe cabinet (white, two-door with drawer) was slightly damaged during the move, I am now looking for the top shelf for this cabinet. IKEA told me that it is not possible to purchase this part from them. Does anyone perhaps have one "spare"? I would also appreciate any tips on where I might find this replacement part. Thank you!

How badly is it damaged? As far as I know, it is painted particleboard – so you would fill the damaged areas with filler, sand them down, and then paint them white (or have it done).
