ᐅ Looking for a Kivik Tranas... unfortunately, it’s no longer available :(

It took me a long time to decide on a sofa; this will be the first sofa purchase of my life! I asked IKEA several times about the Kivik (how it can be disassembled, which covers are available, whether I need to order them, etc.) and then... finally, I wanted to order my absolute favorite sofa, the KIVIK with the TRANAS cover in brown... and then... I was told, "This cover has been discontinued."
Oh no!!

So, if anyone has a Kivik TRANAS 2-seater sofa with chaise longue around Hannover to give away... please get in touch!

Have you ever tried to find just the covers on eBay, Amazon, or similar sites (worldwide)? Then you could buy the sofa without covers and get new ones separately.

Maybe you will find something if you google Kivik sofa cover. Nowadays, there are various suppliers offering sofa covers for Ikea models...

Thank you very much for the tip, I also ordered and received my covers over the big pond.

Unfortunately, the living room renovation still has to wait because I broke my leg two days before starting.
And now I really hope that Kivik won’t be discontinued until I’m healthy again.
But I don’t think so, since there are new covers available.
