Hello,
I am currently building a new house and have a question. In the attic, all cables are neatly laid in conduits except for one NYM-J 1x16 (grounding?) cable, which is not inside a conduit. Since screed will be poured there later, this is not correct, right?

There is nothing visible in the picture that would allow for a conclusive statement. Generally, cables do not have to be installed in conduit. However, the permissible length, which depends on the diameter, is calculated based on external conditions.

I see no issues.
